About Us
Valenz Tacos started as a pop-up ghost kitchen during the pandemic. It soon expanded into two food trucks serving adjacent areas. Owner Antonio Valenzuela runs the business with his wife, Berenice, and three sons. Valenzuela decided to sell one of the trucks to fund the upcoming restaurant, which will serve as the future home base of his operations.“`

The Menu
Fresh ingredients are the key to any good meal. We source our food locally where possible and have worked hard to maintain strong relationships with small suppliers for anything we need to be brought in.
